The Simple Life of Wellness and Longevity
"Adonai, God, planted a garden toward the east, in ‘Eden, and there he put the person whom he had formed." (Genesis 2:8)
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And there was a very special placed called the Garden of Eden, where mankind could live and prosper and enjoy life...very simply, to the fullest.
So that leads us to this question: "What about now....today?" Is it possible to get back there and to live long and live strong, experiencing good health 365 days a year as if we were still in the Garden?
Well, actually mankind did not lose the Garden's benefits or healthy principles that were intended. The gates were locked and guarded yes; these two created beings would then have to toil, and by the sweat of their brow they would survive. Wisdom would be key.
Today, thousands of years later, the earth's perfection as in the Garden of Eden has pretty much diminished where organic foods and the natural order of things are concerned.
I do believe however, that a person can still go through life with minimal aches and pains and finish well as intended through the same simple wisdom our ancestors lived by.
