You say you want to be healthy and fit? Me too!


Was I always this eager? NO, not at all! But over the last 30 years, health and wellness and healing have been my passion. Not that I always attained or followed the principles of the Bible, but I began to study and learn how to treat my body well so that it feels good and heals itself. I wanted to know which foods bring optimal health and which ones destroy. I'm endeavoring to stay clear of the doctor's office and off prescribed drugs as much as possible, or at least always seek the Great Physican's ways first. I want to remain dependent on our Creator's foods for medication and prevention of sickness, illness, and disease as designed in the Garden of Eden.


          Thomas Edison once said, "The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease."


          My motto in life: Don't live to eat...eat to live! Live strong...live long.


          Don't get me wrong, I love a chocolate bar and piece of cake just like the next person. I'm not perfect! But if I'm going to go there I want to make sure it's not loaded with dangerous toxins and additives; and that I eat in moderation. We all need balance right?

          Sadly I have watched many I love suffer from horrible diseases and have determined not to go there if I can help it.....and I CAN! YOU CAN too! Health for me began as baby steps. It's challenging in many ways but what isn't, right? The end results will be worth it and the journey can be fun and exciting!

          I'm convinced that a determined person can do anything! Making changes to diet and fitness begins with choice. The results you reap will be life changing! You don't have to be rich to be healthy; you simply need desire and determinaton. And support from others helps also.

          I began by studying the Bible on the issues of health and diet. I sought out health teachers, holistic doctors and others over the years. In 2011 I wrote Ancient Paths to Health and Wellness from a Biblical perspective, to help proclaim truth about our loving Creator's ways and desires for optimal health. I also disclose mankind's intent for monetary gain through disrupting God's plans.

          In the spring of 2015 I completed Dr. Josh Axe's nutritional leadership course and received a certificate of completion. So as I've learned and become more instrumental in caring for my own physical and emotional needs my desire is to share with others; to see you thrive in health and wellness in every area of life, and to live long and prosper!

          Nature and all that our Creator has designed and provided is powerful and amazing! His pronounced principles are all we need to apply in order to walk the talk and live life to the fullest!

          Follow the right path and God will sustain you: spirit, soul and body. He will show you His salvation to a ripe old age! Are you ready to start walking your way to a long enjoyable life? LET'S GO!

          It's a good thing to retain wisdom and knowledge; and glow with health, even with sunbathed wrinkles. The Lord so graciouly promises.......
